Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrispCut (the "Service"), a software product operated by Eyescone Intelligence Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), available at thecrispcut.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CrispCut provides cloud-based nesting and layout software for sheet-material cutting workflows, including geometry import, automated part nesting, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is handled through our identity provider; you agree to its handling of your sign-in as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken to start the trial.
• Paid plans. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Studio), billed monthly or annually in INR or USD depending on your selection.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
• Price changes. We may change prices; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewals.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to bypass access controls, subscription gating, or usage limits; reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; upload content you have no right to use; or resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the geometry, files, and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the files you upload.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Eyescone Intelligence Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

7. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nesting results will be optimal for every job. You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in production cutting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or material arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
